We booked the deluxe suite and it was excellent! Cool ceiling mirror and bathtub :D There is a refundable deposit charged in CASH ONLY, upon checking in. The staff are welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. Good location, nice cafes and local food nearby.

- 2nd day i stay at apple hotel my tv in my room lost channel and apple hotel staff are so kindly and faster give a service. - value the money to stay - nearby he hotel have aviral restaurant "syazana nasi melayu' by walking distance

I booked the room because of the jacuzzi bath tub. It is clean and nice room. I had a relax night with husband. The bed is comfortable too. The price is valuable. Hope the hotel keep in the nice condition. And I will be back if come to Penang again.

The minimalist design with comfy facilities are the best. Also the bath tub, and all the toiletries are help me well. Tq so much.

The inside of the room will look like what inside the picture.. it is a minimalist type of hotel concept but it is still clean and look nice
